Understanding Cricket: A Baseball Fan’s Guide
Cricket can often seem like a daunting sport to grasp, particularly if you're coming from a baseball background. However, with a basic understanding of its concepts, you can easily navigate the game. In this article, we’ll demystify cricket using familiar baseball terminology and concepts.
The Basics of the Game

The batting side has two players on the field at opposite ends of the pitch, a narrow rectangular area at the center of the oval field.
