This lack of sustained attention can manifest in various settings—school, work, or even during casual conversations.
Easily Distracted: While we all experience distractions, individuals with ADHD struggle significantly to filter out distracting stimuli. They may get sidetracked by external noises or internal thoughts, making it hard to concentrate on their current task.
