Engaging fully with the world means involving ourselves, rather than merely observing. The depth of our experiences—pain, pleasure, love, and joy—occurs within ourselves. Therefore, understanding that every experience is self-created is a critical step toward self-realization.
While external pursuits, such as relationships and possessions, may hold value, the moment they dominate our minds is when trouble begins. Recognizing this allows us to shift our focus toward the more profound aspects of existence—listening and being present in the moment.
