Despite the excitement, there was an underlying acknowledgment that it was just another game. The player reflected on how they had grown up watching Tom Brady, "the GOAT," and marveled at how he was still out there competing, often performing well against younger, fresher talent. The juxtaposition of admiration and frustration was clear; how was it that someone they watched as a young child was still performing at such a high level in the biggest game of the year?
