Recent statistics provided by Homan reveal a significant increase in interior arrests of undocumented migrants compared to previous years. In just a 19-day period from January 20 to February 8, there were over 11,791 arrests in 2025, compared to nearly 5,000 during the same time frame in the previous year. Furthermore, the number of arrests involving migrants with criminal histories has almost doubled from approximately 4,500 to nearly 9,000.
