An interesting subset of Disney fans has emerged: the Disney adults. These are individuals, often without children, who actively cherish Disney parks and merchandise. While it's perfectly valid to enjoy these experiences, the concern arises when this becomes part of one's identity. As adults surround themselves with their childhood fantasies, there seems to be an emotional regression. Instead of using Disney as a stepping stone into a broader exploration of culture, many are stopping there. This emotional stagnation is distressing and leads to the perception that some people are struggling to mature or engage with life beyond fantasy.
