Curious about Grock's true capabilities, we switched to the Think mode to see if the reasoning model provided improved outputs. In this mode, Grock was more successful, listing appropriate breeds by thoughtfully analyzing the request. This test indicated that the Think mode indeed enhances the model's capability to deliver intelligent responses.
Game Development Test
Next, we asked Grock to generate a hybrid snake game combined with Space Invaders. The response demonstrated that, although Grock’s coding speeds are promising, the actual code quality did not measure up to expectations. The initial game displayed as just a simple green block on a white background, evidencing that while Grock might code rapidly, there is still a learning curve for producing functional games.
