The Power and Integration of Anger
Integrating the shadow isn’t solely about acknowledging aggression but also learning how to channel it productively. Personally, I have experienced a similar journey; my anger and competitiveness—once negative forces—have become integral to my creative expression. Writing allows me to channel those emotions into productive output, transforming rage into thoughtful discourse.
