Who Should Avoid This Diet?
Despite its advantages, the PSMF isn’t for everyone. It is not recommended for:
Pregnant women or individuals under 18
Those with pre-existing health conditions or older adults over 65
Individuals with a history of disordered eating
Bodybuilders with body fat below 10%, as they should ideally maintain their current state rather than engaging in rapid weight loss.
