Given these dire circumstances, Jaguar has begun a significant restructuring of its dealership network in the U.S. The company is reportedly encouraging dealers to relinquish their Jaguar franchises with no compensation in exchange for a larger allocation of the more popular Land Rover vehicles. Currently, there are 395 U.S. dealerships, most selling both Jaguar and Land Rover models. However, as Jaguar intends to transition to an all-electric model lineup by 2025, many dealers are left scratching their heads about the future of their businesses.
