Unlike Silverstein’s secretive and isolated tactics, Mills sought to expand the gang’s influence through overt brutality. His actions depicted a Berserker rage rooted in the gang’s founding ethos. Together with other leaders, Mills ordered numerous murders while engaging in lucrative drug trafficking operations, further solidifying the gang’s grip on the prison sociopolitical landscape.
