Much of this funding appears targeted at modernizing production in Germany, yet skepticism surrounds whether such investments can yield returns in the face of substantial external competition. There is a palpable risk that funds allocated for modernization might not be enough, especially since they are simultaneously striving to maintain operations for their traditional combustion engine vehicles.
