Once the garlic is crispy, a splash of chicken stock is added, along with lasagna sheets – a unique but effective substitute for traditional pasta. As the fattiness of the chicken stock reduces, it incorporates all the flavors from the bottom of the pan. The finished sauce is enriched with cream and allowed to simmer with the pasta sheets.
Serving and Garnishing
After draining the pasta, the sheets are mixed into the sauce and allowed to steep, absorbing all the flavors. The dish is elevated by the addition of fresh tarragon, which complements the mushrooms and leeks beautifully. Served on a plate, this delightful pasta is accompanied by a crunchy bruschetta made from toasted ciabatta bread, garnished with garlic, enriching the entire meal.
