Prepare a 15cm diameter, 7cm high cake mold. Pour the combined mixture into the mold and tap it on the table to release any air bubbles trapped inside. To ensure even baking, double mold the bottom to prevent leakage.

Place the cake mold into a larger dish filled with hot water, which creates a steamy environment conducive to the baking process.

4. Baking

Preheat your oven to 150℃ (302℉). Begin baking the cake at this temperature for 30 minutes. Then, lower the temperature to 110℃ (230℉) and bake for an additional 60 minutes.

This two-step baking process helps the cake rise beautifully while maintaining its moisture.

5. Cooling and Serving

After baking, allow the cake to cool down completely in the mold. For best results, refrigerate the cake for a few hours before serving.
