For a proper fermentation process, the initial gravity should typically be around 1.070. Fermentation Process
Once your mixture is ready, it’s time to initiate fermentation. Within just a few hours, you’ll notice the signs of fermentation as bubbles rise from the bottom to the top. This bubbling is a good indication that the yeast is actively converting sugars into alcohol.
