1. Preparation of Vegetables
Begin with a kilo each of white and red cabbage. Shred the cabbage finely, being careful to cut them into manageable pieces for grating. Combine them in a large ceramic bowl—this is recommended as ceramic does not react with the ingredients.
Add two grated carrots, half a root of ginger, and turmeric. The ginger and turmeric not only add flavor but also provide anti-inflammatory benefits.
2. Mix the Ingredients
