Sliced lemons are your next addition. Not only do they enhance the flavor, but they also help to reduce any fishy smell. Prior washing of the fish with lemon juice can elevate this step.
With the fish adequately seasoned, pour your sauce over it, making sure to cover every inch. Rubbing in the sauce ensures that the flavors are distributed evenly throughout the fish.
Baking the Fish
Once all preparations are complete, tightly cover the fish with foil and transfer it to a preheated oven. Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes. Remember, fish cooks quickly, so keep an eye on it.
After the initial baking time, switch off the bake function and activate the broil setting. This method allows the top of the fish to become crispy, creating an incredible texture.
