Prepare Your Mixture
Begin the process by combining the 2 eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl. Add 8 grams of vanilla sugar and 150 grams of sugar to enhance the sweetness.
Next, mix in 80 grams of oil and 180 grams of milk until smooth. Gradually fold in 240 grams of flour and 8 grams of baking powder until the batter is well combined.
Create the Chocolate Variation
Once your basic mixture is ready, divide it in half. To one half, add 20 grams of bitter cocoa powder and 3 tablespoons of milk to create a rich chocolate flavor. Mix this until fully integrated, making sure there are no lumps.
