Part 2/4:
Start by melting 50 g of butter in a small saucepan or microwave. Once melted, pour the butter into a 20x20 cm cake mold that has been lined with parchment paper on the bottom and sides.
Compact this mixture into the mold to create a sturdy base for your cake. After you've pressed it down adequately, place it in the fridge for approximately 15 minutes to set.
Step 2: Create the Creamy Filling
While the base is chilling, prepare the filling. Take 100 g of cookies and cut them into pieces. They don’t have to be finely chopped – larger chunks add great texture!
In a mixing bowl, combine 450 g of cream cheese with 30 g of powdered sugar.
