Preparing the Brussels Sprouts
While your beef is baking, it's time to focus on the side dish: Brussels sprouts. Clean 500 g (1 lb 2 oz) of Brussels sprouts by removing any dirty leaves. Boil them in salted water for 12-15 minutes until tender, and then drain and set aside.
