Once the marinating time is up, it’s time to cook the chicken. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Remove excess marinade from the chicken before placing it into the hot pan to prevent it from becoming too watery. Cook the chicken for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Flip the chicken after 3 minutes.
After cooking, remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside. Repeat the cooking process with the remaining chicken and, if desired, you can also grill some fresh pineapple slices in the same pan.
