Preparing the Baking Dish
Before you get started on the batter, it’s important to prepare your baking dish properly. You'll need a 20cm baking dish, and the first step is to grease the mold with butter. To ensure the cake doesn’t stick, cover the bottom with parchment paper. This will make it easier to remove the cake once it’s baked.
Baking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients in the following order:
Whisk together the eggs and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add in the vanilla, oil, orange juice, and orange zest. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
