1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
200 g of dark chocolate (no sugar)

1.5 tablespoons of Oolong tea (to brew)
Preparation of Ingredients
Start by lightly frying the walnuts in a frying pan, which will enhance their flavor and provide a toasty aroma to the bars. Once done, chop the nuts with a knife into desired sizes. Soak the dried prunes and apricots in cold water for 15 minutes to soften them, making it easier to cut them into smaller pieces later on.
Next, in a bowl, mash the ripe banana pulp using a fork. This will serve as a natural sweetener and binder for the mixture. After that, combine the chopped dried fruits and the toasted walnuts with the mashed bananas.
