I read his "Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn" trilogy and now I'm onto the next four from the same world. I've also read is "Otherland" series (I think that's it's name) and it is pretty mind-blowing if you like Sci-Fi.
Yes actually! the concept is definitely geared towards continuous improvement. Perhaps a little less focussed on a strictly business application and maybe a bit more towards personal development.
