Today I had to create several presentations and some contracts. For some topics I lacked inspiration and resorted to the tools that many people use today, namely AI. Above is just one example, which has nothing to do with my actual tasks, but is rather an older topic, and is now only meant as an example.
I have to say that I saved a lot of time. Yes, I had to ask a few times and edit the results, but instead of sitting for a few hours on something that just takes time because I write so fast and formatting is tedious, this was a very good solution.
AI is already being used and it's getting better and better. I use it to create models, check plans or simply to develop ideas, because sometimes there are already good approaches if you ask. What AI can't do yet is how to do a task and how best to do it. But it can do repetitive tasks much better and faster.
What I don't do, and what I discourage everyone from doing, is to advertise AI Post here, or if you do, you should decline the rewards.

Heute musste ich mehrere Präsentationen und einige Verträge erstellen. Bei einigen Themen fehlte mir die Inspiration, und ich griff zu den Mitteln, die viele Leute heute benutzen, nämlich die KI. Oben ist nur ein Beispiel, das nichts mit meinen eigentlichen Aufgaben zu tun hat, sondern eher ein älteres Thema ist, und jetzt nur als Beispiel gedacht ist.
Ich muss sagen, dass ich viel Zeit gespart habe. Ja, ich musste ein paar Mal nachfragen und die Ergebnisse bearbeiten, aber anstatt ein paar Stunden an etwas zu sitzen, das nur Zeit kostet, weil ich so schnell schreibe und das Formatieren mühsam ist, war das eine sehr gute Lösung.
Die KI wird bereits genutzt und es wird immer besser. Ich benutze sie, um Modelle zu erstellen, Pläne zu überprüfen oder einfach um Ideen zu entwickeln, denn manchmal gibt es schon gute Ansätze, wenn man fragt. Was die KI noch nicht kann, ist, wie man eine Aufgabe erledigt und wie man sie am besten erledigt. Aber sie kann repetitive Aufgaben viel besser und schneller erledigen.
Was ich nicht mache und was ich auch allen abrate, ist, hier AI Post zu inserieren, oder wenn man es macht, sollte man die Belohnungen ablehnen.
