Mine is still old school, without any internet, but the heating and some other appliances are there already. Wonder if AI can take control of them.

I would say yes. There is already automation built in like when it is programmed to turn up or down at certain times. This is what has some people concerned.
Ultimately, there has to be some gardens built.
are you speaking about AI or automation though? i love the automated curtains that go up when you program them to, im not a huge fan of a tv, fridge, & a device either listening to me or "catering" things to my needs based on a algorithm
