Having had a six-month absence from Hive, there appears to have been an extraordinary amount of innovation and innovation throught Hive. My express purpose here is not to foster or encourage conflicts between factions or teams, but add clarity from an observer who isn't directly immersed in it.

The Hive ecosystem has so much lore and history now, that much of it will be inpenetrable to newer users. The people who have done the heavy lifting creating an iterating the various front-ends to Hive are understandbly going to have emotional investment in their work and projects.

Because Hive is still a relatively small and passionate community - narratives can become insular. Ingroup narratives can create a form of tunnel vision. Witnesses and frontends will compete for users, and to an extent control of available resource.

In a larger context 99.999...% of humanity is not Hive. Hive has not even scratched a tiny fraction of its possible adoption. In a competitive environment people will make comments that may provoke offense in the listener or reader. We are responsible for the quality of our communications, but generally not the emotional response of the recipient.

A managable level of conflict is healthy for a community or network, it is an indicator that the people comprising the community are passionate and invested. There is some threshold where productive conflict can become destructive. Take the larger view, sublimate frustration into creative energy. Don't get angry, get useful.

This analysis is offered without substantial or granular knowledge of the particulars. This is a fundamental part of the human condition, and these particular patterns manifest in every domain or endeavor and are not particular to the Hive community.

Coming back to Hive after a prolonged absence, the innovation across the chain and in the various projects and frotends is remarkable. While a hackneyed expression a rising tide can certainly lift all boats. While I have a particular affection for the Inleo team, I make use and enjoy many of the applications and frontends here for various purposes. It remains an entirely remarkable endeavour.

Take the larger view, sublimate frustration into creative energy. Don't get angry, get useful, well said friend. Don't expect your ideas to be 'Green flagged' by all. We are humans with direct or indirect competition. Nevertheless, always keep a vision of building even when under such pressure. Results ends insults not anger.
Welcome back friend
