SBI's are a separate thing - they're not a token, they are permanent income-generators. The SBI's upvote your posts, and the more SBI's you've got the more of an upvote they give you.

It's a programme run by @steembasicincome - if you look at https://peakd.com/hive-167922/@dbooster/join-hsbi-and-be-happy it'll explain how it works.

The only catch is that their website is down at present, but the programme is still delivering rewards and you can find out how many SBI's you've got by typing !sbi status in a comment (I think any comment - it might be just comments on their posts)
