Also, just as a clarification.... when polls worked in InLeo, I was sponsoring an HSBI each week to whoever came second in the Saver of the Week poll. When there was an equal second, I'd give them an HSBI each. When the polls stopped working, I extended it to an SBI for each person. Now the polls are back again, but I've decided that there are so many worthy posts I'll still keep it at an SBI for each. 😀
I'll only change this if the price of HIVE goes so high, or something happens in my life that means I can't afford to keep liquid HIVE lurking around.
Giving this reward feels like the least I can do to give something back to a community that's kept me motivated so well and educated me with so much interesting and useful info !
Many thanks for your continued support on the HSBI front, thats awesome ! For info, we are not planning to going back to polls. We prefer the current model where we can pick the savers of the week and share that around our active community so that every member benefits. Often the polls method turned out to be a popularity contest, which wasnt what we were hoping for. We think the current approach is better all round.
That totally makes sense ! It kind of puts into better words than I could how I was feeling about it, and why I've felt happier giving a reward to each of the nominees rather than having to just pick one 😀
