RE: The Psychology Of Limit, Obstacles & Possibilities (1)

Sometimes, people become negative, not because it's their choice, but because it has become a coping mechanism. Being negative about a possible outcome seems like preparing the mind for uncertainty. People prefer to be negatively predictive, they see it as a way to be prepared for any outcome. However, the downside to this is that it kills the ability to see any positive outcome.

Well, we do not always have to be pessimistic but sometimes it's better to hope for the best while preparing for the worst.

Many people have gone through so many disappointing situations that they have gotten used to seeing things from the dark side.

I do not blame them because life itself is full of uncertainties.
But just as each day comes, so lies new opportunities, Hope should be an anchor to our life trusting that things will get better while we work toward it.

I also do not blame anyone, it's basically how we react to certain psychological situations. So yeah, most times people hope for the best but expect the worst, just to escape being overly dissapointed
