It has been a while since I posted any analysis apart from my regular weekly dividends report and POB staking report .
Fortunately I am able to find time in last couple of days so hopefully will be able to post atleast one analysis per day from September again .
Anyway coming to the point , this post will be about HBD transfer to savings stats .
The APR for holding HBD in savings is 10% and we already saw how the HF25 increased this particular activity on Hive .
Note: This data is from June 1st 2021
Note2 : This is historical transaction data and not current state data . Meaning - 1.2 Million HBD has been transferred to savings but they might have been withdrawn too and it is not necessary that all 1.2 Million HBD is in savings right now .
Daily HBD transfer to savings
In the month of June , the news and changes of HF25 was made public and hence we saw some activity but as soon as the HF25 was effective , we can see a big boom in the amount of HBD transferred .
On 2nd July alone , over quarter million dollars have been transferred to savings .

But who are the users who are transferring so much ?
Let us see that using this -
Two prominent colors we can see here - Orange and Yellow and the users are @mika and @alpha .
They dominate the charts and if you actually want to see the data by yourself , I will share the dashboard link at the end of the post so that you can interact with it .
Users who are transferred most HBD to savings
No surprises here .
600k + HBD has been transferred from @mika alone , @alpha with over quarter million dollars transferred and you can see who are the other users here . Once again , will share the dashboard so that you can interact .
Number of unique users transferring HBD to savings daily
Well after the HF25 , there is a huge increase in the number of users when compared to June month .
204 was the highest on 10th August .
Weekly HBD transfer trend - downward
Although the number of unique users have been increasing , the amount of HBD transferred to savings has been decreasing which is clear from the above chart .
Also due to high price of Hive ( or maybe HBD ) many are withdrawing and converting their HBD back to hive .
Like take @mika for example , this is his current state -
So I think it might be interesting to see even the HBD withdrawn from savings which I will post in the coming days .

Wow, who owns those accounts? Thats a lot of $ in savings. They are probably going to be making a decent amount.
