Yes you make the right point + although they came to know about virus they didn't do anything - that's the fact .
The regional office took no action at all .

love and light to my Indian brothers and sisters. i can't begin to imagine the difficult situation most people are in because of the virus. hopeful the spread of the virus is curtail and people can get the help they need.

That's very sad indeed.
We had a similar problem and a neighboring country also helped us with oxygen. But you are right, it should never have come to this point. Such a shame

I don't think it is going to change at all . With the amount of cases increasing , the need for oxygen keeps on increasing .
