Bought it myself/powered down from my other accounts.
3,151meaning we have about 25% of our total HP still able to be delegated to users who need it.Just check out the wallet on somewhere like peakd(https://peakd.com/@giftgiver/wallet) and you can see how much is delegated out. Right now itsHow can other users help ? As far as this concept is concerned delegation from our account to @giftgiver account won't work right?

Delegating to giftgiver wont' let me delegate it out to other users. Depending on how resource pools get implemented(in the next HF) it might be able to work from that. But delegating to us lets us earn more in curation rewards and that in a way does help out. The best way to help out is to just vote our posts, vote @hextech for witness(https://vote.hive.uno/@hextech) and spread the word.

Yup, its the only account that does the delegations.
