Well Marky has stated in the post saying it is a measure to make HBD do what it is supposed to do - that is stay at 1$ . I think this is a good move - not a drastic one - but a positive one.

That is one of the reasons for the actions being taken. No way to know if they will work but they are trying to stabilize the price of HBD.
For it to act as a stable coin, this needs to happen.
