About 3 billion small buildings If you are in a densely populated area in small and medium-sized cities in Gyeonggi-do, the monthly rental income is about 10-15 million won per month. It is not exact, but it is approx. Even if you get 15 million won, it's 6% per year. If you exclude management fees and other factors, the rate of return is even lower. Aside from that, I've also looked at monthly rents through multi-family homes, but they're not attractive at all.
