Well, maybe the dust threshold affects the Leo payouts too even thought I was told it did not.

Nope, my 1% vote generates 0.002 Leo in rewards.
Although, my Leo VP is almost 100% since I don't use it much. I actually hardly ever use it.

My idea is that you can spread more votes out with using 5%. Not much is worth a 100% vote on here either 😅

I guess you should divide it by 20 ;) If there is no dust threshold, then yes, your upvote should generate a bit of rewards. Did you notice earning any curating rewards recently?
