True, documentation is a big issue. On the other hand community is everything. From my perspective this is part of going decentralized. There is no central entity and everyone's free to add to it. If you want to know something, and you don't know how or where to read the code, ask someone.
For @investinthefutur and mentioning !invest_vote there's no stake needed. I have been invited and answered the calling. @investinthefutur is looking after it whether there is some misuse, but to the time being everyone who is involved is gentle. It's even designed for multiple people curating on a single post or comment (via @voinvote, @voinvote2, @voinvote3, @voinvote4) and up to now there is no restriction. Everyone who is involved can call for it without limit - as long as voting power is available for those accounts. That's kind of a documentation, is it?
So everyone's invited to do some documentation. And nothing is cast in concrete.
