Well, on the question of "combined characteristics with cash and non-cash rouble" the question that comes to my mind is what definition of "cash" is thought of here. There are lots of concepts of "cash" in people's minds. What do you think? !invest_vote

conversationHey @clixmoney, I just stumbled upon our conversation back then. And from visiting here I think: Well, there may be a lot more cash currencies around then back in the purely fiat days, when not even gold and silver were cash. Today with all these tiny certified mints (look at my short with @silvertop) cash becomes a truly individual definition.

See, there is the question. My favorite definition is i.e. permission-less, neutral and censorship-resistant. No ID necessary. !invest_vote
