Exactly, and then it becomes a snowball effect where if you don't have the right mindset you stop being consistent, which then puts you in a worse state of mind, which then kills your productivity and so on...

So then one could argue the opposite. It is easy to hack our mindset or to hardwire our brains into thinking everything is ok by leveraging our consistency, our habits, and even our sporadic activities. I've found that exercise cures it all. I've know this for decades but I've only started using exercise to my favor recently.
