You have to have at least 500 followers, pay for twitter blue, and I think have 1 million impressions monthly or something like that.
I'm not 100% sure, but I'm sure if you google it, you'll be able to find out pretty quickly.
I don't even have 300 followers haha. quite ironic that you still have to pay before receiving it. I might stay on Hive instead.

Since I’m not paying for Twitter blue and my impressions have drastically dropped, I doubt I’ll ever get there as well.
For earn money with twitter you need (outside the blue check) ten thousand followers and 5 million impressions per month.
Im pretty sure you don’t need that many followers, but I could be wrong.
I was pretty confident it was in the hundreds, but with the current reach im getting not having the blue check mark I doubt I’ll ever get there without paying first.
