Btc has already priced out too many users, wouldn't it be better to build bridges to bch, ltc, and xmr/arrr?

How so? You can buy sats. At least in Central America, BTC is starting to be taken seriously by businesses. I like the idea of further developing HIVE-BTC bridges like v4v.
Sounds like you mean the lightning 2nd layer.
Yes, that is a patch, but a poor one, imo.
Why would I use 2nd layer btc when bch is the same coding but with lower fees?
Not to mention that ltc has low fees and a separate algorithm.
Now let's talk about anonymity, if they flag your wallet, your btc is no good.
You can send it to a dozen other wallets and they will follow along flagging them, too.
Any btc used on the dark markets comes with a flag.
You can pass it off to the unsuspecting, and aren't you the hero?
With the etf's coming the banksters will be naked shorting btc just like they do
silver and all the other markets.
Btc is ded.
Yes; most businesses that accept Bitcoin use Lightning.
Because BTC and Lightning are being promoted by companies like IBEX.io providing education and tools. I haven't met one business owner with a LTC or BCH welcome here sign, but I have seen Bitcoin Beach, Bitcoin Lake and Bitcoin Barrio.
I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying the Bitcoiners are doing a much better job at pushing education and adoption at such an early stage.
This is where you lost me.
We are controlled by the money masters, the more I can escape that control the less I embrace my enslavement.
Crapitalism is not here to save us.

I completely respect if you want to escape the system, there's a lot that can be done completely peer-to-peer, I agree. Most people in cities, however, have jobs to pay for goods and services from local business owners and until now they've only been able to do so with fiat currency.
I think by using Bitcoin Lightning they are starting to be exposed to concepts of self-custody, peer-to-peer, etc. Some will continue down the rabbit hole and some will stay on the surface. I kind of like the idea of decentralization being pushed by Bitcoin.
I guess what I'm trying to say is I don't think BTC is dead. I think it's just getting started.
By the way, I'm not here to shit on your ideas, just trying to have healthy dialogue :)
It's great to read your perspective.
Yes, those late to the party will be led by the nose.
I think it is necessary to inform them that better options exist.
Which is why I spoke up.
Btc kicked down the door and now it is time for the entry team to offer better options, imo.
Btc likely becomes the reserve currency used by gov'ts to be transparent, but anybody that loves freedom will migrate to privacy coins as tyranny increases control over crypto.
The sooner the newbs learn that, the better, iyam.
