Since I started trading again, I had to make an adjustment to my routine in order to keep up with my work and gym schedule.

Because of this I had to look for different ways to make my day productive and not waste a single minute.

1/ 🧵 Waking up at the first alarm

There is no point in snoozing several times, as soon as the first alarm sounds you should get up immediately.

There will be time to wake up completely.

Since I have established these tips as part of my life routine, many things have changed and I always end the day satisfied with my productivity.

you are working with time strictly

2/🧵 Coffee is your ally

An espresso every time you need it, it will make the difference, no sugar, no additives, just coffee, get used to it.

Much better than going around with energy drinks.

i recommend a shot of wheatgrass or other green juice, a healthy shot of energy as opposed to unhealthy acidic coffee. Or if no juice then a green smoothie. If coffee add turmeric, black pepper and/or ginger/cardamon as antidote like i do

3/🧵Don't jerk off

Chewing drains your energy. We are designed to spread our seed, if we do it all the time, we accomplish our mission and our subconscious will relax for the rest of the day.

We don't want that, we want productivity.

4/🧵Set priorities

If you are going to train, train, if you are going to eat, eat, if you are going to work, work.

Dedicate your attention to a single activity, if you do several things at the same time, your 100% attention is reduced
