Dear @edicted, this is actually one of the things I have not witnessed seeing before. I don't really have much to say because I do have not much idea about snow falling. I'm impressed hearing about S.A.D. If I may ask does snow falling has any impact on Agriculture just like in Africa where the harmattan season helps in the Agricultural planting of crops?

I think the biggest impact snow has on agriculture is when it starts melting.
Many rivers out there depend entirely on ice-cold snowmelt from the mountains.
Quite impossible to grow anything in snow unless one has access to a greenhouse.
That's why every creature is valued by nature.
