Minimum 100 DHEDGE, up to 15 calls per day at 1500 DHEDGE. Base upvote currently set at 6.66%, Every DHEDGE adds 0.002% after that. Token accounts add extra VP depending on how much VP they have available.
So if you have 1111 DHEDGE, you can call in a base upvote of 8.88% 11 times per day with current settings. If you have 11111 DHEDGE, you can call in a base upvote of 28.88% 15 times.
Things are set to be a little higher than ideal, to account for a lack of use.
