I also thought we don't need 100% VP to delegate, as I am able to delegate/update delegation anytime and my VP is never 100%. But I never do calculations as you do. :D

Yeah. I've gone over some comments on khal's post and saw that he wanted to delegate everything. Then it made sense. 😅
