The month of April was recently declared the Miami Tech Month by the major of the city Mr. Francis Suarez. Since I am involved in the art world it was interesting to see how Miami became an attraction for many people from all over the world who are interested in crypto currency.
We were lucky to have a Miami NFT week convention that brought knowledgeable people from all over the world to give speeches about NFTs, digital art, NFT projects and investments in art. I got to attend to the convention and saw the fantastic new movement in action.
The crypto art or NFTs is slowly becoming an important asset, not only for artists but also for cryptocurrency investors. The idea of globalization is fascinating for me because before the art sales were only specific to our local costumers and maybe some online buyers.
One of the most valuable things that I learned from these intensive weeks is that art will remain important even in these technologic times. The conventional art will still be appreciated but the Nfts will be an interesting acquisition for the new generation. Also, the new era of crypto art comes with a community integration when a bunch of NFT projects will benefit the community.
On my side, I will keep enjoying creating my art pieces but will continue my involvement in the crypto world. I have tons of new ideas in my mind that I want to pursue with my collection of NFTs. As an ocean lover, the new environmental meaning of my project cryptofishponds.io fills me with joy.
I believe this NFT week will become as important as the regular Miami Art Week in our city. The new inclusion of digital art as an annual NFT week event will give the city more activity in the art sector and will incentivize the international cryptocurrency world.
On my behalf I am getting ready for new exhibitions in the Wynwood gallery including crypto art. I can image this Miami art week in December 2022 will be fantastic. I am simply loving it and I hope you do too.
I took the photos that were used in this blog so they belong to myself :)
