Now, you might have the question in your mind: how do whales trade, and how to understand the way whales or institutions trade? The simple answer is to give time to the market, read the chart, and understand where whale activity is higher.
For example, as far as I have noticed, on the first day of the week, Monday, there is volatility in the market, where whales are active, or near major news, whale and other large traders' activity is higher.
With the help of price action, demand-supply, and FVG, you will understand how whales trade. This is not an easy task, but for this, you need to give time to the market and understand the chart in the best way.
