Happy New Month, fren.I have decided to stay loaded with faith this month of February. Often times, my need for staying in touch with reality takes over, leaving very little room for faith. I would choose to avoid the disappointment that comes with wishful or delusional thinking but, I want to do things differently this month. I woke up with a strong feeling of gratitude and faith in myself and the universe. So, watch me as I dare to believe.
I believe in manifestations. I believe in the law of attraction, and in the power of alchemy; however I would often find myself playing safe by sticking to what’s real and attainable. This month feels different though. I’m always keen about self improvement and leveling up my quality of life, so this time I’m actually going to believe in myself and in the universe with reckless abandon.
The resolve is to apply faith in every aspect of my life - financial, family, relationships, physical and mental health. I posses a default state of equanimity. I am barely phased by anything because I have already conditioned my mind to always lean toward acceptance, knowing that everything is and will always be okay. However, I have decided to take it up a notch, and believe that everything will not only be okay, but super great.
I also started a gratitude journal today. The first prompt was to write about a funny movie I have watched; I couldn’t remember a movie but I wrote about the Modern Family series instead. I believe it will be a great exercise for me, to help me stay grounded. This month, my desire is to be more intentional with my life. With my thoughts, my actions, and my ingestion.
Another significant thing about this month is that it is my birth month which makes it is a special one, and I’m so pumped about my fresh mindset and perspective towards it.Thank you for stopping by. I pray February fills you up with nothing but love and gratitude.
