Greed is an inherent instinct from an evolutionary standpoint as a means to survive. Saying that you didn't have any greedy intentions or done something obviously greedy is just a lie one might say to themself to feel better.
"Generational wealth" and "you are still early" are catchphrases used by those that want to make some cash, not really for those that believe in this technology. Otherwise, they would go the educational route, to prove that they actually know what they are talking about.
