Only 5 minutes of #workout can:

  • Improve cardiovascular #health
  • Improve mental clarity
  • Increase energy levels
  • Increase metabolism
  • Improve mood

You don't have to be an athlete to be healthy. You can do it! Take care of yourself.

Everyone does and everyone can. You don't need a gym or any special equipment. All you need is a little bit of discipline. You can do it!

You are so right. I did some work last night, twists, small jogs, leg and arm swings and sleep was so sweet.

While I practiced judo my training sessions were really late at night. I can confirm that that helped me sleep like a baby after I got home, haha.

Yeah, much needed for happy hormones. I love marathon, not a professional one, but can run continuously for an hour.

That's cool, keep it up, man! I must say I hate running, haha. My limit is maybe 20-30 minute jogs. I prefer strength workouts over endurance.
